Our annual subsidized housing waitlist update has begun! On October 15, 2021, we mailed an update letter to every applicant on our subsidized housing programs waitlist. The letter is blue (there are a few on white paper) and is front and back (the front page is pictured below).
The deadline to respond is December 17, 2021. If the applicant does not respond they will be removed from the list.
Applicants can respond by completing and returning the letter, but they can also contact MHA and request to remain on the list.
Also, there will be a 60 day grace period after the deadline during which applicants who have been removed came request to be reinstated.
Please remember to keep an updated mailing address as MHA makes contact by mail.
Agencies that receive mail on behalf of applicants please be aware that the update letters are on the way and to get them to the appropriate client.
