Property Manager

We are hiring a Property Manager.  This position is a forward facing, customer driven position.  The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing units, lease enforcement, rent collection, compliance, marketing, work order coordination, and assisting with budgeting.

This position will be one of two housed on site at the new Trinity Apartments in Missoula off of Mullan Road, and will work closely with all other MHA staff, the Board of Commissioners, federal, state, and local agencies, and the public.

The departments environment is fast paced, multi-tasking, and deadline intensive, when not being interrupted by the occasional dog asking for treats.  The ideal candidate for this position will have a knowledge of Property Management with a self-motivated work ethic.  Entry level wage for this position is $21.45 per hour plus benefits.

Maintenance Tech IV

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician IV for our Maintenance Team.  This position is responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the Maintenance Foreman and/or Property Manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned apartment community.

This position is housed at the offices of MHA, located at 1235 34th Street in Missoula, and will work closely will all other MHA staff, the Board of Commissioners, federal, state, and local agencies, and the public.  Entry level wage for this position is $22.47 per hour plus benefits.

The departments environment is fast paced, multi-tasking, and deadline intensive, when not being interrupted by the occasional dog asking for treats.
