Missoula Housing Authority will be opening a new waitlist April 1, 2021.
The waitlist will be MHA’s Project-based Voucher property, called MHA Homes. These include 194 units of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms scattered throughout the community.
They will be Section 8 units, where the tenants pay 30% of their income toward housing. Families must be very low-income, at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.
To apply, you need to access your account on Missoula.house and follow the steps to update it online.
