Cornerstone Apartments Virtual Open House

Latest Missoula Housing Authority project & new “Carbon Offset” launch

Cornerstone Apartments is an affordable housing project that will be built, owned, and operated by the Missoula Housing Authority (MHA). They will provide 12 one-bedroom homes for very-low-income people, with prioritizing frequent users of the City’s emergency response systems. Cornerstone has unique design features, including energy efficiency measures that were made possible by a partnership of MHA, Clearwater Credit Union, Climate Smart Missoula and MMW Architects, and via a new “Carbon Offset” initiative. WHAT: A virtual open house via zoom. The short program will include a video tour of the complex, and representatives of each of the project partners will be on the call to describe the project, answer questions and showcase the new Carbon Offset program developed by Climate Smart Missoula.
